Some different views...
So I started taking photos and in the end it seemed to be that rather than shards OR hearts, that both should stay as is. So that when the Bride and Groom cut the cake they stand behind the shards side, with the hearts facing out to the camera.
So we did some trial pics and I think they looked lovely together in the pics with their cake! The full pic looks even better however I don't like to post people's face unless they're ok with it - and it's far too early in the morning to be asking just yet! Here's to smooth leadup to a wonderful day for the happy couple. xo

That looks awesome Kristy! You're a talented chick with cakes. B16 has asked could I PLEASE make him one of your "fruit cakes" for his 17th.. So I think I'm going to have to start practising in the next few months!
