The Big Day arrives...

...and what a special day it was. The weather (couldn't have asked for better), the location (Valley of the Giants) and the couple getting married. Perfect. What an awesome start to married life together, a continuation of their 'togetherness' they already had from their years together before...

We were very spoilt to be guests here. I liked the floor plan so much of the place we stayed in that I'd like to built similar one day when we build a place... with small edits here and there for eco-functionality.

As to the cake... here's how the cake turned out. Blueberry season apparently finished long ago (unbeknowns to me because I rarely buy them!) so there was a slight change in the top of the cake according to availability.
