Lemon Meringue Pie (recipe here) - fresh lemons thanks to A, and fresh eggs thanks to the lovely feathered ones out the back!
Main meal and dessert all in one night... mmm nice one Michael, very very yummy and will gladly have that again! Made apparently because he's proclaimed today 'Special Woman's Day', because every day is something day so today is that for a special woman... that's what he said.
