It's in the fridge now so the topping can set... in hindsight I should have added more choc to the cream/choc mix for the topping as it didn't quite set as firm as I think it was meant to... so will add more chocolate next time what a shame LOL (I didn't measure but used all I had which I don't think was enough). So the result is that the top is slightly gooey on the edges oh mmmm LOL Also I didn't have white choc chips so did slivered almonds for the top.
